Though this is the fastest way to start the process, you may desire to make changes to one of these existing designs, merge attributes from various plans, or start the process with a completely new custom design. Our specialists have seen just about anything you can imagine, and are accustomed to working from scratch, as well as from stock designs. Our design team can start putting your ideas on paper today. All construction documents (log home blueprints} and all engineering needed for the completion of any home plan, are produced in-house. These plans include preliminary design phase, presentation phase, and final construction documentation, complete with engineering, if applicable, to meet your geographical and/or local building code requirements. Plan price is included with the purchase of a log home package, and includes plan sets for any sub-contractor needs. Contact us today for a free quote.
