Our company is unique in that we provide a complete home dry-in package. We do not believe in hidden costs for items such as nails, hardware, and windows and doors that are required to honestly call packages “dry-in shells.” Our costs include all items to complete the home to the end of the dry-in phase. This means, the home is truly “in the dry.” We also work with some customers that do not need all items, and some that desire a “turn-key” build. We work with customers to the extent that they desire.

We will work with individuals desiring to complete their own home, builders, and general contractors alike. When a package is purchased through us we go our of our way to make everything as pleasurable and enlightening as possible.

Many other log home suppliers will quote prices that do not include all items needed, so do your research and be careful to price like items and services. Even though we include all items needed, we feel confident that our prices are the most competitive available, and our service is unmatched.
